Coconut burfi recipe | How to make coconut barfi | Nariyal barfi

April 9, 2021 Pallavi Bhat 3 Comments

Coconut burfi recipe | How to make coconut barfi | Nariyal barfi – with step by step photos, description and video of the recipe is here. This delicious sweet made from freshly grated coconut, sugar and cardamom. Just to add little twist I have included the nutmeg, that adds a delicious flavour to the sweet. Tasty sweet is made for the celebrations or any festivals in India.

Coconut Burfi

Firstly, I have used freshly grated coconut in this recipe. You can also use desiccated coconut. Preparing this sweet is very easy, and doesn’t take much time. Also I have added sugar to the coconut, so that we don’t need to check the one string consistency to the sugar syrup. So the process of making Coconut Burfi becomes easy.

Furthermore, many people use milk/condensed milk. but I haven’t used any milk in this. Before going to the recipe, I would like to highlight some of the other recipes here.
