Take 2 cups of grated coconut in a mixi jar.
Add small piece of nutmeg to give a delicious taste.
Also add 2 cardamom, remove the peels.
Blend it coarsely without adding water.
In a pan, heat 1 TBSP ghee.
Add coarsely blended coconut into the ghee.
Roast for 1 minutes. Don't let it burn.
Add 2 cups of sugar.
Keep stirring.
Add 1/2 cup of water to dissolve sugar.
Sugar gets dissolved.
Once the coconut and sugar mixture thickened to the right consistency. Switch off the flame.
Grease the plate with ghee.
Transfer to the greased the plate.
Spread it evenly.
Garnish with nuts. gently press it. It's absolutely optional. you can skip it if you don't want to add.
Allow it to set for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, cut into desired shapes.
Ready to serve.
