Yogurt Fruit Parfait | Delicious Yogurt Parfait Recipe – with step by step photos, description and video recipe. Healthy Breakfast / Snack or easy Dessert recipe which provides nutrients to our body. A parfait is a sweet dessert made of layered ingredients in a tall glass.
Delicious Yogurt Parfait Recipe – is an easy breakfast can be made in few minutes. If you are looking for the quick breakfast idea or healthy snack then YOGURT FRUIT PARFAIT is seriously the BEST. If you are one who is searching for a snack to give your kids then go for it, and your kids will enjoy having it.
‘Yogurt Parfait’ the word sounds fancy but the recipe is really simple and healthy. Add a layer of variety of fruits (best option is to put fresh seasonal fruits, or else you can put frozen fruits too), and layer of yogurt. I have here used soaked sabja seeds(you can also use basil seeds) with yogurt and honey. This looks almost like Falooda(yummmm).
Furthermore, for this yogurt parfait you can use homemade hung curd(remove the water content from the curd) or thick curd to make this recipe. You can keep the cut fruits ready in the freezer beforehand and make the parfait in 5 minutes. I personally like to add fresh fruits instead of the frozen ones.
