Firstly, there are many methods and varieties of momos we get in the streets or restaurants. I mean the variation in stuffing like vegetables, paneer, tofu and some non-veg stuffings. Here I have tried with some simple vegetable stuffing, prepared very easily.

Furthermore, momos are dumplings made with flour and a savory stuffing. This stuffing can be made with veggies, chicken, sea-food or paneer (cottage cheese) etc. Momos can be steamed, fried or baked. I prefer steamed momos rather than fried ones.

Veg Momos Recipe | Dim Sum | Steamed Veg Momos,

These dim sum or veg momos packed with healthy veggies. I have used here onions, carrot, capsicum, and cabbage. You can also add mushrooms if you like.

Moreover, momos can be prepared using whole wheat flour instead of maida or all purpose flour. Shaping the momos are very easy and needs a little of practice for beginners. Here in the below video I have shown two types of folding. There are many ways of folding I will post a separate video on the same.

After the momos are steamed, when you touch the dough it should not feel sticky. The momos will also look transparent.
