Murmura Laddu | Pori urundai is a crunchy, light, easy ladoo recipe which gets ready in minutes.

- 1.5 cup Jaggery
- 6 cup Murmura
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1/2 tsp Ghee for greasing hand
Take 1.5 cup of jaggery in a high heat pan.
Melt the jaggery on a low flame.
Keep stirring continuously.
Once the jaggery gets melted, add 1 tsp of Cardamom powder and mix well.
Keep stirring until the jaggery turn frothy.
Then turn off the heat.
Add 6 cups of Murmura or Puffed rice.
Mix it gently until all the murmura gets coated.
Once it is well coated in Jaggery, allow it to cool for 2 minutes.
Grease the hand with ghee.
Take a portion of Pufferd rice and jaggery mixture when it is warm.
Squeeze and give round shape and make laddu's.
Murmura Laddu is ready to serve.
Store in an airtight container, it will stay fresh for more than a week.
HOW TO MAKE MURMURA LADDU | PUFFED RICE LADOO WITH STEP BY STEP PHOTOS:
