Tea Masala Powder
- 1.5 tsp Dry Ginger
- 3-4 small pieces of Cinnamon
- 6 Cloves
- 5 Cardamom
- 15 Peppercorns
Preparing Tea
- 1.5 cup Water
- 1 tsp Tea Masala Powder
- 1.5 tsp Tea Powder
- 1 cup Milk
- Sugar as required
In a mixi jar take 1.5 tsp of dry ginger, 3 - 4 small pieces cinnamon, 6 cloves, 5 cardamom, and around 15 peppercorns.
Make a coarse powder. (You can also make this powder in bulk and store it in airtight container for later use)
Tea Masala Powder is ready, keep it aside.
In a sauce pot, take 1.5 cup of water.
Then add 1 tsp of Tea masala powder. Allow it to boil.
Add 1.5 tsp of tea powder.
Then add 1 cup of milk.
Add required amount of sugar as per your taste. Let it boil on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Once it is boiled well, switch off the flame.
Strain it.
Ready to serve hot.
