Healthy Hibiscus Flower Salad | Delicious Red Hibiscus Salad
Refreshing and super healthy salad is prepared using Red Hibiscus Flowers. It is made very easily with fresh and gorgeous red hibiscus flowers.

- 2 cup Hibiscus Flowers chopped
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 cup Moong Sprouts
- 1 tsp Green chilli finely chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1/2 cup Coconut milk
- 1 tsp Lemon Extract
Red hibiscus flowers, remove the calyx and pistil part.
Take only the petals and wash them.
Take 2 cups of finely chopped petals in a bowl.
Add 1/2 onion finely chopped.
Then add 1/2 cup moong sprouts.
Next add 1 tsp of finely chopped green chilli.
Also add 1 tsp of finely chopped ginger.
After that add salt to taste.
Add 1/2 cup of curd (you can also add yogurt instead of curd).
Then add 1/2 cup of coconut milk.
Mix everything.
Add 1 tsp of Lemon extract.
Give it a good mix and serve.

- Red hibiscus flowers.
