Tulsi Ginger Tea | Ginger Holy Basil Tea | Adrak Tulsi Chai Recipe – with step by step photos, description, and video of the recipe is here. One of the best Immunity boosting tea for the winter. A great home remedy when you get cold and cough. During colder season it is necessary to find natural ways to keep our body warm. This herbal drink is a great addition to your diet during fall and winter seasons.

Tulsi Ginger Tea

This herbal infusion is made from the fresh Tulsi leaves and some grated ginger (you can also chop it if you want), boil in water. You need to allow it to simmer for sometime. Once boiled for sometime then strain it and add honey and lemon to it when it is warm. if you wish instead of honey you can add any sweetener.

Moreover, it is one of the easiest of all the recipe till now, you can actually swap your regular tea with this warm aromatic drink. One of the best ever herbal tea I have ever had with lots of health benefits. Also you can vary/ enhance the flavour by adding cinnamon sticks, pepper, or turmeric. When it comes to a herbal tea, Tulsi and ginger are most favourite of many tea lovers.

Tulsi Ginger Tea | Ginger Holy Basil Tea | Adrak Tulsi Chai

This herbal drink is a great addition to your diet during fall and winter seasons.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  • 10-12 Tulsi Leaves
  • 2 tsp Lemon Extract
  • 2 tsp Honey

Instructions
 

  • In a sauce pan, take 3 cups of water.
  • Add 1 tsp of grated ginger.
  • Then add 10-12 Tulsi leaves.
  • Allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes, filter this herbal drink to serving cups.
  • Add 1 tsp of Lemon extract to each cups.
  • Also add 1 tsp of honey as a sweetner.
  • Mix well and it is ready to serve.
