Fried Modak Recipe | Wheat Flour Modak | Ganesh Chaturthi Special – with step by step photos and a detailed video. Fried Modak is a must during Ganesh Chaturthi Festival. It is also most favourite for Lord Ganesh. In this recipe I have made the stuffing with coconut and jaggery mixture.

Fried Modak

Ganesh Chaturthi recipes | Fried Modak Recipes | How to make Modak without mould – is an easy to prepare sweet recipe. And has many variations from the flour you use for dough preparation to the stuffing. I have used Whole wheat flour here, you can also use all purpose flour. Adding little rava while kneading the dough gives crunchy taste. I have used jaggery here for the stuffing, you can also use sugar if you wish. But jaggery is more healthier option.
