Aloe Vera Juice at Home
Here is how you can make Aloe Vera Juice at home very easily.
Ingredients
- 2 Aloe Vera Leaves medium sized
- 1 tsp Ginger chopped
- 1-2 tsp Sugar or any sweetener
- 3 cup Water
- 1/2 Lemon
Instructions
- Take two medium sized Aloe vera leaves.
- Wash it well as it will have impurities and mud sticking to it.
- Dry them using kitchen towel.
- Slit from the sides carefully.
- Wash it gently, to get rid of the bitterness.
- Separate the gel from the leaves carefully.
- Put the gel in the mixi jar.
- Add 1 tsp chopped ginger.
- Also add 1-2 tsp sugar or any other sweetener like honey.
- Add little water and blend it.
- Filter it.
- Add water to adjust the consistency.
- Add juice from half lemon.
- Mix well.
- Transfer to the serving glass.
