Healthy Hibiscus Flower Salad | Delicious Red Hibiscus Salad

Refreshing and super healthy salad is prepared using Red Hibiscus Flowers. It is made very easily with fresh and gorgeous red hibiscus flowers.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Hibiscus Flowers chopped
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/2 cup Moong Sprouts
  • 1 tsp Green chilli finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1/2 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 tsp Lemon Extract

Instructions
 

  • Red hibiscus flowers, remove the calyx and pistil part. 
  • Take only the petals and wash them.
  • Take 2 cups of finely chopped petals in a bowl.
  • Add 1/2 onion finely chopped.
  • Then add 1/2 cup moong sprouts. 
  • Next add 1 tsp of finely chopped green chilli. 
  • Also add 1 tsp of finely chopped ginger. 
  • After that add salt to taste. 
  • Add 1/2 cup of curd (you can also add yogurt instead of curd).
  • Then add 1/2 cup of coconut milk.
  • Mix everything. 
  • Add 1 tsp of Lemon extract. 
  • Give it a good mix and serve.
