- 1 cup Cucumber grated
- 1/2 cup Tomato finely chopped
- 2 TBSP Onion finely chopped
- 1 Green chilli small slit
- 1/2 tsp Ginger grated
- Salt to taste
- 3/4 cup Curd / Yogurt
Wash the vegetables, grate the cucumber and finely chop onion and tomato.
In a bowl, add grated cucumber.
Add Onion and tomato.
Now add Salt to taste, grated ginger and green chilli.
Add Fresh Curd / yogurt. Give it a good mix.
Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
Raita is ready to serve along with any Rice pulao's, Biryani's, and paratha's.
HOW TO MAKE QUICK CUCUMBER RAITA WITH STEP BY STEP PHOTO:
