Fresh Mango Salsa
Amazing homemade Mango Salsa made with a fresh ripe juicy mango.

- 1.5 cup Ripe Mango chopped
- 1/2 cup Cucumber chopped
- 1/4 cup Capsicum chopped
- 1/4 cup Cabbage chopped
- 1/4 cup Onion chopped
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Coriander Leaves chopped
- Black salt to taste
In a mixing bowl, add 1.5 cups of chopped ripe mango.
Then add 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber.
Add 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum.
Add 1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage.
Also add 1/4 cup finely chopped onion.
Then add 1 tsp of lemon juice and 2 tsp of chopped coriander leaves.
Add black salt to taste.
Mix everything well gently.
Mango Salsa is ready to serve.
