Banana Walnut Lassi
Its a easy, healthy, filling Lassi prepared very quickly by blending ripened banana, walnut and curd.

- 1 Banana Ripened
- 1/4 cup Walnut
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- Salt generous pinch
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1.5 cup Curd/Yogurt
Remove the peel of the banana.
Chop it into pieces.
Put it into the mixi jar.
Also add 1/4 cup walnut.
And add 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder. add a pinch of salt for the taste.
add 1 tsp of sugar. or choice of your sweetener.
Blend it without adding water.
After blending, add 1 to 1.5 cup of Curd/yogurt.
Blend it again for 5 seconds.
Transfer it to the serving glass.
Banana Walnut Lassi is ready to serve. You can serve this chilled if you like.
