In a pan, take 1 cup of Flaxseeds.
Roast them on low flame.
When it starts popping, Switch off the flame.
Transfer to a plate and allow it to cool.
In the same pan, add 1/4 cup Chana dal.
Also add 1/4 cup Urad dal. And roast it for a minute on a low flame.
Next add 2 tsp of Fenugreek seeds. This is optional. Fenugreek seeds actually gives a little bitter taste. You can skip it if you want.
Add 1/2 cup Roasted gram.
Roast until it turns aromatic.
Then add 3-4 Cloves.
and also 7-8 black pepper.
After roasting well on a low flame, transfer to a plate and allow it to cool completely.
In the same pan, add 1 tsp of oil.
Once the oil is heated, add 8-10 dry red chillies. Roast them.
Keep in the same pan, so that it will get crisp.
Once it is cooled, transfer everything to Mixi jar.
Add 1 tsp of Dry mango powder.
Also add Salt to taste.
Add the roasted red chillies.
Blend it into a Coarse powder.
Allow it to cool and store in an airtight container.
