Banana Walnut Lassi

Its a easy, healthy, filling Lassi prepared very quickly by blending ripened banana, walnut and curd.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana Ripened
  • 1/4 cup Walnut
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • Salt generous pinch
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1.5 cup Curd/Yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Remove the peel of the banana. 
  • Chop it into pieces. 
  • Put it into the mixi jar. 
  • Also add 1/4 cup walnut. 
  • And add 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder. add a pinch of salt for the taste.
  • add 1 tsp of sugar. or choice of your sweetener. 
  • Blend it without adding water. 
  • After blending, add 1 to 1.5 cup of Curd/yogurt. 
  • Blend it again for 5 seconds. 
  • Transfer it to the serving glass. 
  • Banana Walnut Lassi is ready to serve. You can serve this chilled if you like.
