Remove the peels of Banana and mash them to make a puree. Or else you can make banana puree using mixi jar.
Add 2 TBSP sugar to mashed Banana. You can adjust the sugar based on the sweetness of the Banana.
Then add 1/4 tsp Salt.
Add 1/2 tsp Cumin or Jeera to it.
Also add 1/4 cup of curd.
Mix everything well.
Add 2.5 cups of all purpose flour or maida to the banana mixture.
Knead them wel, add little water if required.
Prepare a soft dough.
Grease the dough with 1/2 tsp of Ghee.
Cover and rest the dough for 8 hours for fermentation.
After 8 hours, sprinkle some dry flour (maida or wheat flour).
Knead the dough well again for 2 minutes.
Take ball sized dough.
Dust with maida or wheat flour and roll it into slighlty thick than poori.
Deep fry in a Hot oil. Gently press it on the edges to get the puffed buns.
Flip it over and fry until buns get dark golden brown colour on both sides.
Serve it hot with veg kurma or chutney.
