Mint Ginger Lemonade | Refreshing Mint Lemon Juice | Nimbu Pudina Sharbat | Best for summer

March 25, 2021 Pallavi Bhat Leave a Comment

Mint Ginger Lemonade | Mint Lemon Juice | Nimbu Pudina Sharbat – with step by step photos, description and video of the recipe is here. This Mint Ginger Lemonade is the most refreshing drink ever! Very easy to prepare, it’ll become your go-to drink for hot summer days!

Mint Ginger Lemonade

Lemonade is one of those homemade drinks my family enjoys all year round, but especially during the warm summer months. Other easy homemade drink recipe which I posted recently is Butterfly Pea Flower Lemonade.

This summer drink is made with fresh lemon juice, fresh mint and pieces of ginger. It only takes few minutes to make.

Here is a simple tip for making lemonade from scratch:

Use the lemon juice to dissolve the sugar. Many modern lemonade recipes call for making a simple syrup — sugar and water boiled together – for sweetening summer lemonade, but if you stir the sugar directly into the lemon juice you can skip the simple syrup and get to lemonade faster, no heat required.

Furthermore, when you use fresh mint the lemonade becomes more refreshing, and addition of ginger gives it a nice flavour. Moreover, mint can help with an upset stomach and the digestive system. Ginger is full of antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, aids in digestion.

Before going to the recipe, I would like to highlight some of the other recipes here.
