Separate the cauliflower florets and clean them.
After cleaning grate it or you can use food processor for this.
In a pan, add 1 tsp of butter.
Once the butter is heated, add grated cauliflower.
Roast for 2 minutes, or until the moisture disappears.
Transfer to a plate and keep it aside.
Again in a pan add 2 tsp of butter.
Once it is heated, add 5-6 minced garlic.
Add 1/2 cup of red & green capsicum.
Add 1/4 cup fresh green peas.
Next add 2 TBSP grated carrot.
Then add 1 TBSP Tomato puree.
Add 1/2 tsp Cumin and 1/2 tsp chilli flakes. Sauté them.
Add the roasted cauliflower.
Then add Salt to taste.
Also add 1 tsp of Lemon juice.
Garnish with 1 TBSP chopped Coriander leaves.
Mix everything well.
Ready to serve.
