In a pan, take 1/2 tsp of Ghee. Once it is heated add 1 tsp of minced garlic.
And roast for a minute.
Put two slice of bread and roast on both sides.
Once it is crisp, switch off the flame.
Remove from pan and cut into small pieces.
In a bowl, add 1/2 cup boiled chana/chickpeas.
Add 3/4 cup chopped fresh lettuce.
Add 1/2 cup chopped cucumber, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup chopped tomato, 1/4 cup chopped capsicum and 1/4 cup boiled corn. You can add your choice of veggies.
Also add 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
Salt to taste.
Garnish with 1 tsp of chopped coriander leaves.
Mix everything well.
Add the bread pieces on top, just before serving.
Serve immediately.
