Amazing homemade Mango Salsa made with a fresh ripe juicy mango.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup Ripe Mango chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber chopped
  • 1/4 cup Capsicum chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cabbage chopped
  • 1/4 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Coriander Leaves chopped
  • Black salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, add 1.5 cups of chopped ripe mango. 
  • Then add 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber. 
  • Add 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum. 
  • Add 1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage. 
  • Also add 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 
  • Then add 1 tsp of lemon juice and 2 tsp of chopped coriander leaves. 
  • Add black salt to taste. 
  •  Mix everything well gently. 
  • Mango Salsa is ready to serve.
