Take 5 Red Hibiscus flowers.
Separate the petals of red hibiscus flower and throw the pistil part. Rinse it lightly to remove any impurities.
Add the washed petals in a jug or glass jar. (If you use the glass jar, you will be able to see the colour change)
Next add 2 cinnamon sticks.
Boil two cups of water in a sauce pan and add it to the Hibiscus petals.
Close the lid.
Let it steep for about 5 minutes.
Water turning to bright pink colour.
After 5 minutes, Water will turn to reddish pink colour.
Transfer to serving glass.
Add 1 tsp of honey to each cups. (note: Don't add honey when it is hot)
Add 1 tsp Lemon extract to each cups. stir it well.
Hibiscus tea is ready to serve.
