Separate the leaves of Moringa. Wash them well and tap dry with the kitchen towel.
In a Pan, take 1 tsp of Oil.
Once the oil is heated, 1/2 tsp of Urad dal.
Then add 1/4 tsp Cumin.
Next add 3 green chillies, you can adjust the spice based on your taste.
It will starts to splutter.
Then add 1 cup of cleaned and de-stemmed Moringa Leaves (Drumstick Leaves).
Roast it for 2 minutes, or until the raw aroma disappears.
Once it is roasted well, add 1 cup of grated coconut.
Then add salt to taste.
Again roast for 1 minute.
Then Switch off the flame. Also add 1/2 tsp dry mango powder.
Allow it to cool for sometime.
Transfer to the mixi jar.
Add 3/4 cup of water.
Blend it to a smooth paste.
Transfer to the serving bowl.
Moringa Chutney is ready to serve.
