Though the recipe of Banana Payasam is so easy and quick, its tasty too. Many varieties of payasam are there, but this must be the easiest payasam or dessert in all.

- 2 No's Banana ripen
- 1 cup Grated coconut
- 3-4 Cardamom or Elaichi
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- Water for blending
Cut 2 well ripen Banana.
Take 1 cup of grated coconut and 3-4 elaichi in blender jar.
Grind the Coconut, elaichi by adding little water.
Add the ground coconut milk to chopped Banana's.
Also add 2 tbsp sugar to it.
Mix well and serve or else you can serve chilled too.
