Take 1/4 cup of White sesame seeds.
Roast it on a low flame.
Make sure you keep stirring. Otherwise it turns brown.
Once the Sesame seeds starts popping, switch off the flame.
Allow it to cool.
Once it is cooled, transfer to the blender.
Blend it without adding water.
After blending, it forms a moist mixture.
Add 2 TBSP of Virgin Olive oil. You can also add salt to taste.
Blend again to prepare smooth paste.
Tahini sauce or Tahini paste is ready.
You can store in a refrigerator.
