Watermelon Lassi | Watermelon Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup Watermelon Cubes
  • 1 cup Curd
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder generous pinch
  • 2-3 Mint Leaves to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Take 1.5 cup of Watermelon cubes (remove the seeds)
  • Freeze the watermelon cubes for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes add it in a blender.
  • Also add 1 cup of curd or yogurt.
  • Add sea salt or black salt to taste.
  • Blend it.
  • Transfer to a serving glass.
  • Sprinkle some black pepper powder.
  • Garnish with mint leaves.
  • Ready to serve.
