Wash the raw banana and spring onions well. Dry them using a kitchen towel. Chop the spring onions finely and keep aside.
Chop off the both th ends of raw banana. Cut into thin slices lentghwise.
Remove the peel of all the slices. Cut into small pieces again, so that it will becomes crispy when you deep fry in oil.
Deep fry the raw banana pieces in oil.
Fry them till they are golden and crisp.
Remove from the oil and put on a kitchen tissue to remove the excess oil.
Take another high heat pan, add 1/2 cup of water.
Add 3/4 cup of sugar.
Also add pinch of salt.
Dissolve the sugar. and simmer it for 4-5 minutes. Let the sugar syrup gets sticky consistency.
Then add finely chopped spring onions. simmer it for 1 minute.
Add fried banana into the sugar syrup.
Keep mixing. After 3-4 minutes, all the sugar syrup will get absorbed.
Switch off the flame and keep mixing until sugar crystallizes.
Serve immeaditely.
