Mint Chutney | Pudina Chutney Recipe – It is an excellent variation in the chutney varieties. It is best accompanied with Dosa’s and Idli’s. Also used as sandwich spread.

Ingredients
  

  • 20-25 Mint Leaves
  • 1 cup Grated Coconut
  • 1 Green chilli
  • Salt for taste
  • Water as required

Notes

  1. Wash the Mint leaves properly.
  2. Keep the grated coconut ready.
  3. Blend the mint leaves, green chilli and grated coconut along with required amount of water.
  4. You can adjust the consistency based on the addition of water.
